About Me

Spiritual Direction has been the place where I have experienced God’s kindness most towards myself and others. And it is a privilege to sit with a directee and be curious about the places God is inviting them into.

With 10+ years of Pastoral Ministry experience in large and mid-size churches, serving as a pastor has given me compassion and understanding for directees and colleagues who also work in ministry. Caring for others while desiring our own meaningful relationship with God is such a balance. For some pastors, this balance comes easy. For others, it comes with tension or an underlying sense that something just feels off (that’s the one that led me to seek out a spiritual director myself).

I live in Los Angeles with my husband, David, and our cat. I enjoy coffee, travel, snorkeling, reading, theatre, and Italian restaurants.

I enjoy meeting with directees from all walks of life--both in person and online. It would be a joy to meet you and journey alongside you!
